Customer Advisory: Patrons who utilize our Choice Card program must submit their fully punched cards to the office before redeeming them with the cashier. Our office staff will exchange your card with a magnetic stripe discount ticket. This ticket may be used with the cashier on your next visit or used on our Express Exit lane. Cards may be exchanged during office hours 9AM-5PM. Those patrons traveling beyond those hours may mail their fully punched card to the office to receive their discount ticket via mail. Entering Facility - Upon arrival at Colonial Airport Parking’s (CAP’s) facility located at 630 S Governor Printz Boulevard, Lester, Pennsylvania enter the lot by taking a ticket to raise the entrance gate.  Once in the facility, follow the directional signs to the most convenient available space and park your vehicle.

Shuttle to Airport - Stay with your vehicle and a Shuttle Driver will meet you right there to assist with loading your luggage on the shuttle.  In inclement weather please remain comfortable in your vehicle with the lights on so the Shuttle Driver can find you.  Once all your luggage has been retrieved from your vehicle make certain you have closed all doors & windows, locked the vehicle and secured your keys prior to departure.  After loading, CAP’s Shuttle Driver will provide you with a Courtesy Card that will indicate where on CAP’s facility you have parked and instructions for your return.  You will then be promptly transported in one of our comfortable, walk-on shuttles to the appropriate terminal at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) for your airline.

Return to Facility - When you return to PHL, proceed to the baggage claim area and retrieve your luggage.  Once you have your luggage call either our local number 610-521-6900 or 877-723-6900.  Please make sure you have your luggage and are ready to depart PHL prior to calling as PHL safety regulations prohibit our shuttles from waiting at the curb.  Your call will connect you with CAP’s dispatcher who will welcome you home,ask your name, in which PHL terminal did you arrive, how many people in your party and if you have your luggage. The dispatcher will then direct you to Zone 3 (the designated area for Airport Parking pick-up) and a CAP shuttle will promptly pick you up, load your luggage and return you to our facility.

Exiting Facility - When you return to CAP’s facility inform the Shuttle Driver of the area where you are parked (noted on the Courtesy Card) and they will drop you off right at your vehicle.  After the Shuttle Driver assists you with your luggage you may proceed to either the automated (1) Express Exit or the (2) Cashier Exit.  In the Express Exit you may insert the ticket you received when you entered the facility into the exit equipment followed by a credit card for payment.  The Express Exit is not able to accept cash or coupons.  The Cashier Exit is staffed 24 hours per day and our friendly Cashier will be happy to process your transaction.  Simply present the ticket you received when you entered the facility and any coupons.  The Cashier will process the transaction through our fully automated Fee Computer, deduct the value of any coupons and let you know what the charge is for your stay.  You may pay the parking fee with either cash or any major credit card accepted.  When the transaction is complete the Cashier will give you your receipt, the gate will open and you may exit the lot.  Please drive safely and always fasten your safety belt.
